Porter’s Digital Cameras and Imaging (www.porters.com) announces the theme for the October 2010 Photo Calendar Contest. For October the theme will be “Beauty”.
The October challenge is to capture “Beauty”, is it just in the eye of the beholder or will it be in the eye of the judges too? Do Beauty and glamour always go together? This is a wide open contest theme and the entries will likely be varied. Take your shot at the prize and submit your winning photo today!
Each month Porter’s announces a new theme. Monthly winners are judged on composition, exposure, focus and on how well they capture the announced theme. Monthly winners receive a $50.00 Porter’s gift card and their image is entered into the annual contest for a chance at a piece of the $600 prize purse.
In addition, each month’s winner becomes the top of calendar image for the same month in next year’s calendar. Everyone wins because anyone can download a copy of the calendar for free!
